Administration
The Village Administrator is directly responsible to the Village President and Board of Trustees for planning, organizing and directing the activities of all Village operations.

Community Development
The Community Development Department consists of the Building, Planning and Zoning, Code Enforcement and Economic Development Divisions.

Emergency Services
The Emergency Services Department is responsible for the planning, design, implementation and communication of the emergency management program for Village-wide preparedness and response to natural or man-made emergencies.

The Finance Department is responsible for all financial and accounting services of the Village.

The Channahon Police Department is a state-accredited organization dedicated to the community in striving to build and maintain the greatest level of trust and confidence of our citizens.

The Public Works Department strives to maintain ongoing maintenance of existing assets and develop a comprehensive Capital Improvement Program to ensure a sustainable high level of service into the future.
