In order to begin getting an idea of how many Covid-19 vaccine doses will be needed in the county, the Will County Health Department is asking residents (Will County residents ONLY) to fill out a brief online survey (link).
The survey was designed to assist the Will County Health Department in planning for Covid-19 vaccine distribution. Questions contained in the survey were developed from limited and preliminary guidance from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) & Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices (ACIP).
