Lakeshore Recycling Services (LRS) (formerly Environmental Recycling & Disposal) is hosting a series of Electronic Waste Home Collection Events throughout 2024.
The dates are:
- Monday, May 13 - Friday, May 17
- Monday, August 19 - Friday, August 23
- Monday, November 11 - Friday, November 15
Collection requirements:
- Requests are required to participate
- Submit a request by calling LRS at 815-725-4555
- Electronics must by curbside by 8:00 AM
- Items will be collected on your regular service day
- TVs or monitors require a pre-payment of $35 per item (all other items do not receive a charge)
- Submit requests 24 hours prior to your service day

- DVD players
- DVD recorders
- Electronic keyboards
- Computer mice
- Fax machines

- TVs & monitors
- VCRs
- Video game consoles
Small Electronics Pick-Up:
- Place small electronics in a paper bag or sturdy cardboard box
- Clearly mark "E-WASTE" in large letters on the bag or box
