Creekside Estates Unit 2

Creekside Estates Unit 2 was approved on October 16, 2023 and will bring 17 additional duplex lots (34 units) to the residential development located generally at the northwest corner of U.S. Route 6 and Bell Rd. The unit will connect the current dead-end street Stephanie Dr. to Westwind Dr. in the Village of Minooka.

The requirements for development have been met and construction is tentatively set to begin in the fall of 2024.
