Villas of Keating Pointe Phase 5 Final Plat

The Villas of Keating Pointe Phase 5 is being constructed by Core Homes in the northeast portion of the Keating Pointe subdivision. The new phase will contain 29 new home sites for detached villa homes. The lots are located along a new looped street east of Rivers Plaza Dr.

While mass grading began previously, construction delays brought about by the shortage of electric transformers cased the development to pause. Now back on track, the installation of utilities and roadway is expected to begin in the mid-summer of 2024.
