The Village of Channahon is pleased to announce plans for a new 55+ senior living facility in the Mallard Point neighborhood on Drake Drive. The development is being brought to the Village by Lincoln Avenue Capital and has been approved by the Village Board.
The development will feature a three-story building with 40 thoughtfully designed units, tailored to meet the needs of individuals aged 55 and older. This project aims to provide quality housing options that support independent living within a vibrant and connected community.
Construction is expected to begin in Spring 2026, with completion anticipated by late 2026.
