The Village of Channahon has approved Nexamp to proceed with the development of a commercial solar energy facility on approximately 278 acres along the deactivated section of Dellos Road. The project site is located directly north of the Aux Sable quarry and east of Northfield Block on Brisbin Road.
As part of the project, Nexamp has committed to reconstructing approximately 5,800 feet of the previously vacated Dellos Road, restoring it to a functional and accessible roadway.
