In August, the Village Board approved a special use permit and final site plan for the addition of a new drive-through on the east side of the main building at Mallory Plaza—the former location of Will County Brewing.
The new drive-through will serve as the future home of Great American Bagel, which will occupy approximately 2,750 square feet of space.
Engineering work for the exterior is currently underway, with interior buildout expected to begin in the coming weeks. The new location is anticipated to open in early 2026.
