The final plat for Whispering Oaks Unit 3 was approved by the Village Board of Trustees on February 19, 2024. This unit will connect Justin Dr. in Whispering Oaks to Justin Dr. in the Highlands subdivision, improving overall traffic circulation. There are 13 single family lots with this portion of the development Future units 4 and 5 will complete the development.
